Recycle and Change Lives
Looking for want to raise money to support our work? You can now do it without having to run a marathon or get sponsorship from friends. Recycle your old items and raise money for Changing Lives at the same time!
You can donate all your broken and unwanted jewellery to raise money for Changing Lives. If you have any gold, silver, odd earrings, broken chains, costume jewellery and watches, you can recycle them at no cost to you. Send them in an envelope or jiffy bag (No bigger than A5 in size) and post free of charge by printing out the freepost label and attaching to your envelope. You can donate any unwanted bank notes from any country of any age! Please do not send coins or stamps to the freepost address as the postage costs will far outweigh your donation. Send them in an envelope or jiffy bag (No bigger than A5 in size) and post free of charge by printing out the freepost label and attaching to your envelope. Please make sure your write “Changing Lives” on the dotted line on the printed label before posting.
Donate any of your old technology such as cameras, Sat-Navs, Ipods, MP3 players, games consoles, games & accessories. You can do this through the Recycling Project sacks. Recycling For Good Causes will send you a sack (free of charge) to put your items in and when it is of an acceptable weight (10-30kg), just give them a call and we will arrange collection free of charge at a convenient time for you.
Donate all kinds of used stamps, on or off paper, simply cut or carefully rip the postage stamp from the used envelope, being careful that you don’t damage the stamp, and once you have a collection pop them in an envelope making sure you have the correct postage to: Changing Lives, PO Box 16992, Sutton Coldfield, B73 9YA. Recycling for Good Causes will arrange collections for larger quantities of stamps weighing over 10kgs.
