How we think about partnerships
We don’t have a rigid template for what a strategic partnership looks like. What matters to us is a shared commitment to the people and communities we work with, and a practical case for why working together would make a bigger difference than working apart.

Academic Partnerships & Placements
We believe in the power of combining frontline experience with academic knowledge and research. We work with universities on research that helps us better understand the challenges facing the people we support, develop the evidence base for our approaches, and contribute to the wider sector’s knowledge of what works in homelessness and related services. If you’re a researcher or academic institution interested in working with us, we’d like to hear from you.
We also welcome student placements as part of academic partnership arrangements with universities and colleges. Working alongside students gives us fresh perspective, and gives students direct experience of frontline services that no classroom can replicate.
