From Survival to Stability: Tammy’s Story
In Newcastle, we provide ongoing support for people experiencing domestic abuse. We supported Tammy, who wrote us a letter about the support she received 💜
Change looks different for everyone - these are the stories of the people we've supported.
At Changing Lives, we walk alongside people through some of the most challenging circumstances. We’re there at the point of crisis and we stay for as long as it takes, supporting people to build stable, safe, and fulfilling lives.
The people we support face the complexities of homelessness such as rough sleeping, sexual exploitation, addiction, abuse, poor mental health, contact with the criminal justice system: often several of these at once.
Our job is to see the whole person, not just the presenting problem, and to provide the kind of consistent, expert support that makes lasting change possible.
These are their stories.
