17 December marks International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers (IDEVASW): a day to recognise the ongoing realities many sex workers face, and to reaffirm the importance of safety for all.

Two of our services joint forces to conduct research on individuals’ aged 18+ the experiences of technology-facilitated domestic abuse and online harms.

Everyone deserves a suitable and safe place to call home, including survivors of sexual exploitation. A briefing from the Adult Sexual Exploitation (ASE) Partnership one year ago revealed that women facing ASE are at a higher risk of hidden homelessness and often enter ‘sex for rent’ arrangements, where housing/accommodation is provided for free or at a discount in exchange for sexual services.

The ASE Partnership explore measures which could be put in place at each stage of support to prevent the cycle created by experiences of trauma.
