Support Changing Lives through payroll giving
It is a simple way to give regularly through your salary. No separate payments. No extra steps once it is set up. Your donation comes from your pay, before tax. That means it costs you less to give the same amount, and Changing Lives receives the full value.
How it works
A £10 donation to us would only cost you:
£8 if you pay basic rate tax (20%)
£6 if you pay higher rate tax (40%)
£5.50 if you pay the highest tax rate (45%)

Hannah's Story
Hannah had been married for 11 years and had experienced what she now understands to be domestic abuse for four of those years. The Changing Lives helpline number was given to her by a friend. When she called, she didn’t know what to expect, but the person who answered listened without judgement and without telling her what she should do.
She wasn’t ready to leave at that point, but when she spoke to her Independent Domestic Violence Advisor, they explained all her options, including children’s support, financial support, housing options, as well as police and court options.
Today, Hannah has now moved out, and her children are healthy and happy. They are recovering, and she is starting to regain her confidence and sense of self.
