Maternity and Adoption Leave
20 weeks at 100% of your normal basic salary, followed by 19 weeks at the statutory rate, with up to 52 weeks of leave overall
Paternity Leave
Up to 4 weeks fully paid, taken in one block or in week-long chunks within the first year
Shared Parental Leave
Flexibility for parents to share up to 52 weeks of leave between them
