We are proud to welcome Lisa Boyack, our Criminal Justice Services Area Manager, to our board of trustees.
Lisa has worked in the Criminal Justice sector for over 30 years, working with men, women and children during that time. She joined Changing Lives over 14 years ago, originally as a Project Lead, and is now Area Manager for Women’s Justice Services in the North. She firmly believes in the work of Changing Lives and our talented staff in making a real difference to marginalised people, and is passionate about Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity.
Lisa told us:
"Our mission and our theory of change, Being, Becoming, Belonging and Beyond, is all about helping people facing challenging times to make positive change - for good. As an Organisation we have extremely talented and dedicated staff who make this possible, and we support people accessing our services when they are often at their most vulnerable. Life is challenging for many people at the moment, including our staff, so I’m really pleased that we are striving to be an inclusive organisation to support our employees to thrive at work."
