Introduction to the Service

Through the Women's Access to Health programme, the Women-Only Treatment Space is a weekly women’s group in Newcastle that focuses on wellbeing support for recovery. The group runs every Tuesday from 10 am to 1 pm at ReCoCo.

Women are encouraged to connect and support one another in their recovery journeys. Whilst this is not a clinical space, the group aims to build women’s life skills and coping mechanisms through holistic and creative activities. There is no referral process for this group and women may drop-in to the space at any point during the opening hours.
