Introduction to Service

Wharf House is a 30-bed direct access hostel comprising of single person rooms. The building also operates 4 emergency beds.

Support offered is around stabilising a person who has experienced homelessness. The building houses people who are considered vulnerable and often with multiple and complex needs such as mental health and substance misuse.

We offer:

  • Secure and safe accommodation
  • Support to stabilise and settle following a period of homelessness
  • Resettlement and move on support
  • Client Engagement in the local and wider community
  • Access to health care, education and social integration

How to access

All referrals must come through Doncaster councils single point of access or via the Doncaster Changing Lives Outreach Team.

Eligibility

We support men and women aged 18+ in Doncaster.
