Introduction to Service
At Diverse Pathways it is our mission to empower individuals to feel confident in taking their next steps, whether that’s towards employment, social engagement or improving their mental and physical wellbeing.
Aimed at those who are neurodivergent, have learning difficulties and disabilities, or are experiencing poor mental health, Diverse Pathways recognises and celebrates the difference in us all.
Our support is tailored to the needs, strengths and interests of each individual and our dedicated team works closely with participants to break down barriers, enabling them to fulfil their potential and to do the things that matter most to them.

We offer:
- Dedicated team of coaches who can meet you in your local area
- Tailored 121 Individual Action Plan and Goals to meet your needs
- A range of activities and support available including
- Financial/Benefits Advice, Learning Opportunities, Training, Confidence Building, Mental Health Support and much more.

Are you eligible
Diverse Pathways supports adults 18+ who are neurodiverse or have a Mental Health Condition - This can be diagnosed, self-diagnosed or on an assessment pathway.
